Product Description
Legions of readers entranced by Twilight are hungry for more and they won't be disappointed. In New Moon, Stephenie Meyer delivers another irresistible combination of romance and suspense with a supernatural twist. The "star-crossed" lovers theme continues as Bella and Edward find themselves facing new obstacles, including a devastating separation, the mysterious appearance of dangerous wolves roaming the forest in Forks, a terrifying threat of revenge from a female vampire and a deliciously sinister encounter with Italy's reigning royal family of vampires, the Volturi. Passionate, riveting, and full of surprising twists and turns, this vampire love saga is well on its way to literary immortality.

5 out of 5 stars Loved It!!   August 28, 2008
I have read all four books and loved them all
I would recommend this series

5 out of 5 stars Great Series   August 28, 2008
Absolutely wonderful book, I am a hugh fan of the Twilight series start with the first book and read all the way to the end 4 books in all, written so well I couldn't put them down. Enjoy!

2 out of 5 stars Were-wolves... C'mon   August 27, 2008
Unfortunately, it does not get better. Bella after her mere dormant existence in 'twilight' seems have to have turned into a reckless, suicidal 'belle'. Okay, Vampires was one thing, now were-wolves... how is that Bella ends up with all such non-human forms and again all these right here in the Northwest!. Is Harry Potter going to pay a visit in Eclipse? Meyer is surely a great author, its the story and the direction I have a problem with.

Despite not enjoying twilight and New Moon, I will continue my quest to get to 'Breaking Dawn' which was the reason I started reading these books in the first place. I can't believe the number of 'holds' each of these books have at the local library, if I placed a hold I'd probably be able to pick it up in the next decade or so!

3 out of 5 stars Bella was so annoying   August 27, 2008
I hate how Stephanie wrote Bella to be so weak of a character. She essentially uses Jacob almost like a rebound for her. I think my main gripe is that not enough Edward and the fact they portray Bella as a really weak person. Many friends of mine skipped this book and went straight to Eclipse. I stuck with it because I wanted to know the background going into Book 3.

5 out of 5 stars Just What I Needed   August 26, 2008
I have to admit, everything was tied up neatly with a bow. But come on, that's what I wanted!! I loved it!! I thought everything ended perfectly.
